What is the high orientation silk?

High orientation filament is also called all orientation filament. High orientation winding 4f was prepared by spinning high speed melt. The fibers have high orientation, good dyeing, low unevenness and large package. The winding speed of spinning 44 is 55f1 (1-600Dm I 2:n, even as high as} AON $Oflflmlrnin, i.e. spinning under high tension, which enhances the spinning tension and leads to high fiber orientation. However, due to the large crystalline grains, imperfect orientation in the amorphous region and the existence of internal stress, the fiber breakage elongation is larger (4f)}. It can't satisfy the requirements of lJJ fiber, and can't directly use 10 textiles plus l1. It can be used to process silk-like fabrics and deformed silk if it is stretched after supplementation or heat-set before spinning and winding.
